Yosua Kho
Founding Member
Yosua Kho is an expert in financial markets, business growth, and strategic transactions. With over 5 years as a stock and cryptocurrency investor and trader, he specializes in special situation investing, identifying and capitalizing on unique opportunities with over 60% annualized returns.
He founded Carslab Indonesia, achieving $3.1 million GMV. At DigitalX, he managed $60 million in treasury investments, earning recognition as the #1 performing crypto fund in Asia-Pacific and Australia’s 2024 Best Alternative Fund Manager.
Yosua also has M&A experience in PAC Partners, working with ASX-listed and private mining companies.
Andy Lynn
Advisor & Board Director
Andy Lynn is a recognized crypto thought leader with extensive expertise in digital assets education. In 2021, he founded Crypstocks, a leading investment platform delivering consistent monthly returns averaging 5%, through their proprietary quant-based trading model.
Andy has been deeply involved in blockchain and trading since 2017, earning the Certified Bitcoin Professional credential and mentoring thousands of individuals through Indonesia's renowned MVP Group.

Kevin Najanurdin
Founding Member
Kevin Najanurdin brings practical investment expertise and an innovation driven approach.
He managed the Bristlement Pine Fund, a private global equity portfolio that has returned 64.9% since its inception in 2020.
Kevin honed his skills at Selector Funds Management, Australia’s top-performing fund over a 15-year track record managing multibillions in assets under management (AUM).
He also co-founded Carslab.id, Indonesia’s first tailored car consignment platform, which attracted multiple European venture capital investments.
Melvin Hade
Advisor & Board Director
Melvin is a consumer and technology investor with over a decade of experience. In April 2025, he launched Kayella Consumer Partners to back Indonesian consumer and retail ventures. As Managing Director and co-head of Northstar Ventures, he raised US $140 million in 2022 for early-stage Southeast Asian startups. At Global Founders Capital, he deployed US $50 million across 20 companies—serving on the boards of Astro and Fit Hub, helping Astro secure US $90 million from Sequoia, Accel, and Tiger Global, and steering Fit Hub to a US $12 million Series A.
He began his career at McKinsey & Company. and was named to Forbes Asia’s 30 Under 30 (2022) and Fortune’s 40 Under 40 (2024).
